Description

This Eliter Build 80% Lower Jig is compatible with our Forged 80% Lowers and our Premium Fire/Safe Marked Billet 80% Lowers! Other manufacturer's billet 80% lowers may be compatible with this 80% lower jig, provided their lower receiver design adheres to mil-spec specifications.

With all these AR configurations piling up -- 300 Blackout, .223 Wylde, classic 5.56 NATO -- many builders are buying in bulk. So, we decided to make it easy for the 80% gunsmith by pairing our five-pack of premium billet receiver blanks with the toughest jig on the market, all for a great price with the tooling required to get the job done.

The Elite Builder AR-15/AR9 Jig

The Elite Builder Jig is made for cutting and drilling multiple receivers without breaking a sweat. While most jigs are made from lightweight aluminum or polymer, this unit’s constructed with heavy-duty steel. It sports high-speed drill bushings for all those pin holes, and an anodized finish to protect it while you work. Also included are industrial-grade HSS bits to machine all five lowers without having to replace any tooling.

  • Hardened steel drill bushings automatically align and center bits
  • All site plates, top plates and templates made from hardened steel
  • Template laser-cut to provide machining accuracy down to 0.001”
  • Self-aligning jig automatically indexes billet receiver for you
  • Black anodized finish protects jig walls and templates
