Description

This Eliter Build 80% Lower Jig is compatible with our Forged 80% Lowers and our Premium Fire/Safe Marked Billet 80% Lowers! Other manufacturer's billet 80% lowers may be compatible with this 80% lower jig, provided their lower receiver design adheres to mil-spec specifications.

We make it a point to provide the best gusmithing tools for 80% lowers - after all, it’s in our name. But to make the project even easier to first-time builders, we decided to pair up the leading Elite Builder 80% Jig with a quality Premium Billet 80% Lower, too. This combo kit affords every component required to start your first from-scratch AR build. All you need is the drill press or mini-mill to get the job done at home.

The Elite Builder AR-15 Jig

The Elite Builder Jig is designed to make cutting and drilling your black rifle’s receiver blank as easy as possible. It comes with industrial-grade HSS bits to make short work of any aluminum receiver blank, especially billet. It’s rugged, too, made from hardened steel with high-speed drill bushings to provide guesswork-free pin holes and an easy path for cutting the fire control cavity. It’s the jig you want to make this project easy and precise:

  • Hardened steel drill bushings automatically align and center bits
  • All site plates, top plates and templates made from hardened steel
  • Template laser-cut to provide machining accuracy down to 0.001”
  • Self-aligning jig automatically indexes billet receiver for you
  • Blac anodized finish protects jig walls and templates
