Any customer who has spent $1,000 or more over their lifetime will now get free returns on any new, unused, unopened items at any time! Even beyond 90 days. No questions asked. You also get to skip the 10% re-stocking fee, and we’ll cover the return shipping costs!
All shipping is fulfilled the same or next day at low prices! We calculate your shipping costs at check-out. Your costs will be determined by your selected shipping method, and your ZIP code/locale. All shipping is provided by UPS for your safety and convenience.
All items are shipped in an unmarked, discrete box. All shipments are sealed around all edges.
Currently, all orders that are $325 or more qualify for free shipping via UPS Ground!
Unfortunately, Federal law prohibits us from shipping any items overseas or internationally. We cannot ship to any PO Box. New Jersey’s Attorney General has demanded that companies stop marketing and selling “untraceable” or “ghost guns” to New Jersey residents. As such, we cannot ship to New Jersey. Please reference N.J.S.A. 2C:39-9g.
Lastly, we cannot ship to any state or locale with a current restriction or ban on certain items and/or firearm accessories (like high-capacity magazines).
New, Unopened & Unused Items
We’re happy to accept a return on any new, unopened, and unused item for up to 90 days after shipping, for a full refund. We work hard to provide you and fellow shooters with the lowest prices on the market.
In order to keep that promise to you, we must require a 10% re-stocking fee and return shipping costs for returned, non-defective items.
We work hard to provide you with American-made, high-quality parts and receivers. Nonetheless, small manufacturing mistakes do happen.
If you ever receive a defective item from us, we want to make it right for you as quickly as possible. Please contact us immediately so we can fix it.
Returning an 80% Lower Receiver
Our 80 lower receivers are considered some of the best on the market. But, very rarely, small defects can happen. If you receive a defective 80% lower from us, please contact us ASAP.
Do not attempt to machine the lower or correct the defect yourself. We will work with you to determine the defect and exchange your 80% lower.
Partially or Completed 80% Lowers
Even more rarely, some receiver defects may not be readily apparent. If you’ve begun machining, or have finished machining, your 80% lower and find a defect, stop work immediately. Do not install or uninstall any parts until we’ve had a chance to talk to you.
We may likely require photos of the current state of your lower, as well as the defect. Once we’ve determined the defect is present, we’ll work with you to process a return and exchange.
A partially or completed 80% lower may be or is considered a firearm. We cannot accept any returns on any items considered a firearm under the Gun Control Act of 1968. Even a partially-completed lower may be considered such.
In order to return your defective, partial or complete lower, we may require it to be manually destroyed. Doing so typically involves cutting the lower in half prior to shipping. This is the only way to protect your safety and ours.
Cancellations & Refunds
Cancelling Your Order
You may buy a part or item and quickly realize it’s the wrong one. Maybe you’ve changed your mind. No problem!
If you’ve placed an order and wish to cancel, please contact us immediately. We work quickly to fulfill orders on the same or next day. We cannot guarantee a canceled order will not be subject to a 10% re-stocking fee or return shipping cost.
The sooner you contact us to cancel, the better!
We process all refunds within 2 business days of receiving your item back into our inventory. We will process your refund with your original payment method. We’ll email you a copy of your refund receipt for your convenience. Once processed, refunds typically take 3 to 5 business days to be deposited.
