AR15 Rifle Kit

AR15 Rifle Kit

The AR-15 is synonymous with the words "build", "customize" and "modular". We carefully pieced together a plethora of quality, mil-spec AR-15 kits that provide you with every component you need to go from a box of parts to an MOA-capable shooter at the range in less than an afternoon. Nothing in these AR kits is legally considered a firearm under federal law, so each kit ships directly to your front door without the need to conduct an FFL transfer or pay extra taxes or fees.

Why Our AR-15 Kits?

Not all AR-15s are created equal. With so many vendors and manufacturers flooding the market, it's tough to find a quality black rifle configuration that doesn't cut corners (or cost an arm and a leg). We partnered closely with OEM gunsmiths and cut out the middle men, ensuring our AR kits are affordable while providing mil-spec quality and truly great performance.

Here are just a few reasons why our kits are a great value:

  • All barrels are forged from MIL-B-11595 E steel (4150 or Chromoly Vanadium)
  • All stainless barrels forged from Crucible 416R steel, offering sub-MOA accuracy
  • All BCGs are M16 in profile with chrome lining and properly staked gas keys
  • All stripped upper receivers forged from mil-spec 7075 T6 aluminum
  • All buffer assemblies and lower parts kits are mil-spec in fit and finish
  • All barreled uppers are test-fired to ensure proper assembly

In addition to top-tier specs, we selected various lightweight and free-float handguards that provide greater accuracy with plenty of "rail" estate for all your accessories. Coupled with your barreled upper, our AR-15 kits provide the perfect balance of pre-assembled parts with the opportunity to customize your new rifle as soon as your assemble.

Includes Mil-Spec 80% Lower

Each kit is shipped with a mil-spec billet or forged 80% lower receiver, anodized with a Type III hardcoat, matte black finish. Because the 80% lower is not yet fabricated nor functional, it is not considered a firearm under ATF policy or federal law. The Gun Control Act of 1968 allows private individuals to build firearms at home, from scratch, with no need to obtain an FFL license or background check. If you can otherwise legally own a firearm, you can use these AR-15 kits under federal law.

All Build Kits include all required parts to assemble your rifle:

  • Barreled upper assembly
    • Free-float or A2 handguard
    • Gas block & tube installed
    • Muzzle device installed
  • Lower parts kit w/ trigger
  • Full-auto BCG w/ gas key
  • Charging handle
  • Buffer tube & stock
    • Carbine buffer
    • Recoil spring
    • Castle nut
    • Latch plate

NOTE: Counter to federal law, some states have enacted certain restrictions and/or bans on gun-making kits and AR-15 kits like ours. Reference our state and federal 80% lower law guide to get an idea of what you need to know or research further before buying and building. If you're ever unsure, consult with a licensed attorney in your state.
